KDF-2H Semi-Auto Capsule Filling Machine (Horizontal Type)

GENERAL:
After KD's accumulated production experiences in manufacturing several thousand sets of
KDF-2 Vertical Closing Filling machine, KD developed the latest KDF-2H can operates more
efficiently and smoothly without damaging the capsules.
This machine filled on powder and can also filled on granules and pellets into the capsules.
 
FEATURES:
 
1.
 All outer casting of the machine including hopper, machine table, etc. and are all made
of stainless steel meeting cG.M.P. requirements.
 
2.
 Infinitely variable speed of filling tablet with independent power and fix point filling that
result in accurate dosage..
 
3.
 No painting finish on the machine surface thus it can avoid that the paint strip off and mix
into the powder, then fill into the capsules.
 
4.
 The horizontal closing system is more efficient, safety, and smoothly closes without
damaging the capsules.
 
5.
 A special design allows for changing mold for different size capsules within 15 minutes
easily, simply, and precisely.
 
6.
 Simple structure and free of malfunction, easy to maintain and clean.

 Simple operation, only one operator required, and operating training can done in 10 minutes.

 Different filling weights can be adjusted without change parts.
   
OPERATIONS: There are 3 stations in the KDF-2H and they are as follows:
 
THE FIRST STATION:ORIENTATION OF CAPSULET
The function of first station includes capsule feeding, aligning
and insertion into bores of holding ring . Also, vacuum is used
for separating capsule cap and body in first station.
After orientation of capsule, capsule cap can stay in upper
holding ring and capsule body can stay in lower holding ring.
THE SECOND STATION:POWDER FILLING
Separate the holding ring, put the lower (body) holding ring
on the rotary table, pull the powder hopper over the lower (body) holding ring, then auger inside powder hopper starts
to run and fill powder into the capsule body.
While Iower holding ring turns one cycle, push powder
hopped to its original opsition.
THE THIRD STATION:CAPSULE CLOSING
Put upper holding ring and lower holding ring
together, then take the holding ring ahead of
ejector and aim ejector at the bores of holding ring. Pushing the ejector under the operating
table. Then using air cylinder to push ejector
and let it press the capsules for closing.
Pull out the ejector, and finally pouring the
finished capsules into container.

 Can fill capsule sizes 00-0-1-2-3-4-5.
 
2.
 Can fill material in powder, pellet, or granule forms.
