KDV-5 Automatic Counting & Capping Machinery

KDV-5(automatic counting & capping machinery) is integrated KDC-101(counting machinery), conveyor, feeding bottle turn table, automatic capping machine and electrical control to reach tablet automatic counting, bottle capping machinery line.

The system available to link with other packing machine to connect fully automatic tablet / capsule counting machinery line; it could cost down labors power 1- 3 persons, less manpower expenditure.

KDV-5(automatic counting & capping machinery) has been developed to process tablet / capsule counting packing machinery line, it's very suitable to pharmaceutical, nutrition, food, cosmetic industries.

 Complete 304 stainless steel construction.

 All products contact are made of stainless steel 316 or FDA approved material.

 Design exceeds cG.M.P standard.
4. Capsule, tablet, pill and other shaped product can be packed.
5. The cap type could be either screw in or press on.
6. Self-diagnostic system to indicate the shortage of bottles, products and caps.
7. Computerized counting system plus stable sensor result in perfect counting accuracy.
8. Very flexible line to adjust from one size bottle to another size bottle within 
30 minutes. 
9. Very flexible and easy to change parts for different types of cap.

 Other packing machinery and cartoning machinery can be connected to this machinery as an integral packing machinery line to meet the special customer's requirements.
