  KDV-7 是一部集合送瓶、瓶內清潔、計數、裝瓶、上瓶蓋、封蓋等功能於一身全自動
智慧型包裝線，真正的清潔、精確的計數、人力的精簡、完美的包裝，是此機器設計的精
神，它提供藥廠及健康食品廠，對於膠囊、錠劑、丸劑的裝瓶一個最佳的選擇，全機不銹
鋼製成，除了符合G.M.P.的標準外，更具美觀、易清潔保養的功能。

特性

 全機從轉盤，輸送帶及檯面等都由不銹鋼製成，完全符G.M.P.。
 
2.
 全機設有全程監控系統，可完全了解全線各過程的狀況，且還有異常警告及顯示裝置
，讓全線達真正的全自動包裝線。
 
3.
 全線只需一人操作即可，比傳統節省5~6個人力。
 
4.
 本機器搭配貳台數位機KDC-101，使產生速度更高速。
 
5.
 可包裝膠囊、錠劑、丸劑及其它形狀固定產品。
 
6.
 可選擇壓蓋方式或旋蓋方式。
 
7.
 含缺瓶警告系統，缺料警告系統，缺蓋警告系統，使人錯誤降到最少。

 穩定的計數系統，加上電腦精確感塵應系統，使計數非常精確。

 結構簡單、保養容易、清潔簡易、體積小、全線佔地小、操作容易、聲音小。

 非常容易調整，更換不同大小的葚子可在20分鐘內完成。

Feed the bottle into the

Before the bottle enter the counter unit, a tube enters the bottle with pressurized air to blow out dust and the vacuum is applied simultaneously to collect the particles and dust. 		Batch counter, KDC-101:
The stable precision counter offers excellent accuracy counts. The machine with 2 batch counter KDC-101 can speed up the production.
