GENERAL:
KWANG DAH has specialized in designing and manufacturing of capsule series
machinery since 1971.

Automatic Capsule Filling Machine has been designed and developed to fill hard gelatin capsules with powder or pellets. It is an extremely durable and reliable machine that fill dosages to the highest accuracy. It can be applied the wide range of capsules at all sizes and guarantee the integrity of all capsules.

Applicable industry：Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Health Supplements, Nutritional Supplements, natural food…etc.
 
FEATURES:

 The housing and surface are covered with stainless steel 304. All contact parts of medical powders are made of corrosion resistant stainless steel 316, meet the standards of cG.M.P or FDA approved material.

 Capable of filling 9/18 capsules at a time with operation from 10 stations. Accurate operation for orientation, opening, filling, joining and ejecting of the capsules.
 
3.
 Average output around 72,000/120,000 capsules per hour. Efficiency and Accuracy.
 
4.
  Safety Sensors Sensitive to shut the machine down automatically in the event of problems when no capsules, no powder, door opened, and abnormal load.
 
5.
  The machine conforms to cGMP standards.
