OPERATION SEQUENCE:
 
FEATURES:

 The KDL-700 is a machine that was specially developed in order to fill high viscosity
liquid products such as shampoo, lotions, oils (motor oil and cooking oil), etc.

 This machine can also fill on low viscosity liquid products.
 
3.
 Applicable in a wide range of container shapes and size without change parts.
 
4.
 Equip with an anti-dropping dervice that collect liquid dropping when bottle is not
under the nozzle.
 
5.
 Filling nozzle that gradually move upwards from bottom of bottle, to prevent foam
making.
 
6.
 PLC and touch-screen control.
 
7.
 Simple adjustable filling volume by touch-screen control.
 
8.
 Auto stop dervice for no bottle and bottles overflow.
 
9.
 Conveyor speed adjustable by inverter.
 
10.
 Equip with large volume stainless steel tank for production.
 
11.
 Accurate volumetric filling designed by cylindrical piston made of stainless steel
with hard chrome plating.
 
12.
 All stainless steel construction meeting cG.M.P. requirements.
 
13.
 Can combined with our machine Model: KDK 500: Automatic Capping Machine
(OPTIONAL).
 
APPLICATION:
  Shampoos, Shower gel, lotions, liquid soap, oils (motor oil and cooking oil), dish
washing liquid detergent, sucrose, honey, syrups, beverages, pharmaceutical &
chemical liquids, and other high and low viscosity products.
