KDV-7 is integrated two units KDC-101, conveyor, feeding bottle turn table, automatic capping machine and electrical control to reach tablet automatic counting, bottle capping line.  The system available to link with other packing machine to connect fully automatic tablet / capsule counting line; it could cost down labor power 3- 5 persons, less labors expenditure.

KDV-7 has been developed to process tablet/ capsule counting packing line, it's very suitable to pharmaceutical, nutrition, food, cosmetic industries.

30 minutes.
10. Very flexible and easy to change parts for different types of cap.

 Other packing machines and cartoning machines can be connected to this machine as an integral packing line to meet the special customer's requirements.
